Pool Rules & Reservations
POOL HOURS: 7 AM - 10 PM EVERY DAY EXCEPT MONDAYS.
MONDAYS - POOL IS CLOSED UNTIL 2PM FOR WEEKLY MAINTENANCE (If necessary, Our maintenance team tries to do it on Sunday evenings).
NEW POOL KEYS FOR THE 2025 SEASON WILL BE ASSIGNED AT THE POOL: These are only issued to Homeowners. Renters will need to contact their landlords. Please provide a utility bill to prove your residency. ***KEYS ARE NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH ARIA*** If you attained a key last year it still works!
We will no be issuing keys on an as needed basis. Please contact TAC Real Estate Services (405) 701-6111 to schedule a key appointment.
Watch our Facebook page for more times and please bring ID, City of Norman water bill or Electric Bill for proof of residency.
Cards will only be assigned 1 per property and ONLY to the home owner. (All HOA Dues must be current and replacement cards are $50).
Please submit a request and a Board Member will arrange to meet with you to assign a key.
Please bring a utility bill to prove residency and if you lease your home here in Berkeley we will need something from your leasing agent or landlord allowing you to obtain the key.

Office is CLOSED on the weekends.
Replacement pool keys are $50.00 (Must be purchased by the Homeowner, Renters can not purchase keys).
Pool Party Reservation Agreement
Contact TAC Real Estate Services for pool reservations.
Pool party requirements:
Parties are limited to one per weekend (Friday - Sunday).
Parties must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance.
Notice of the pool party must be posted on the pool gate 48 hours before the time of the party.
$25 non-refundable reservation fee.
$100 refundable cleaning deposit (if all party items and trash is properly disposed, off site).
Maximum party length is 2 hours, excluding clean up time.
Maximum # of guests allowed is 20.
Cooking grills are not allowed within the fenced area and only gas cooking grills are allowed outside fenced area.
All normal pool rules apply, including no alcohol, no vaping or smoking
Pool reservations are for cabana area and permanent furniture under the cabana. All other aspects of the pool are open to neighborhood residents and party attendees.
