Annual Homeowners Meeting is in September.
We would love to see all of you at the pool on the 28th at 5:30pm for our annual homeowners meeting and elections.
You should receive a newsletter in the mail within the next few weeks. On the reverse of that newsletter is the proxy for our annual meeting. If you can not make this meeting PLEASE fill out the proxy and drop it by 3914 Mayfair Dr. (There is a cast iron mail drop in the yard). Thank you, for taking an interest in our neighborhood.

Annual HOA Meeting
Hello Neighbors,
Fall is almost here and it’s Football season. That means that it’s time to reinvest in our neighborhood too. Are you interested in serving on the HOA Board? Would you like to be more involved? We need you! We have a director spot open and would love to have you sit in that seat. Contact TAC RE Services at 405-701-6007 and let them know or just write your name in for that spot on your ballot.
Our Fall newsletter is going out this week and on the reverse side of that is our 2025 Proxy if you will not be able to attend the meeting on the 28th at 5:30pm. Please fill this out and drop it in the box at 3914 Mayfair Dr or deliver it to TAC RE Services in person at 1232 N Interstate Dr. Norman, OK 73072 or email it to HOA@TACrealestateservices.com.
We would like your feedback and ideas. The Board has made a lot of positive changes and we hope that you are noticing them. Upgraded pool access (Where only residents have access). New plantings in the entrance median at Astor. (We are revamping the landscaping at the Crail Entrance in the Spring). We need your input for the upcoming year. We want to know what you think is most important for our next maintenance project. What you think is most important for our neighborhood and your thoughts on updating and revising our Community Covenants. PLEASE COME JOIN US ON THE 28th AT 5:30PM Berkeley Pool Cabana. If you can not join us fill out your Proxy and ask a trusted neighbor or PM us on Facebook and tell us your thoughts give your proxy to one of us Board Members and let your voice be heard!
Neighborhood 4th of July Parade
Watch here for updates! We look forward to seeing all of our friends and neighbors dressed in your best patriotic gear, donning your most festive attire. Be at the Warwick Pool to register for the Parade at 8:00am. There are prizes for the best in each category. Come and join the fun. Meet our neighbors and show your Patriotism!
Holiday Decoration Contest
Holiday Celebration Decorations: Decorations must not be put up more than 30 days in advance (Nov.25). Judging for winners will be the weekend of 19th & 20th. Prizes will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Decorations must be removed no later than two weeks after the holiday. (Weather permitting)
Halloween Decoration Contest
Halloween Home Decorating Contest: The Judging for the Halloween Contest will be done the weekend prior to Oct.31st. Prizes will be for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. Decorations should be removed no later than Nov.1st. (Weather permitting)
